Nursing home fees are tax-relievable at up to 40%

Whoever pays the home, or the resident's own contribution, can claim the fees against income tax at their highest rate, for this year and the four before it. Private fees paid while the application is pending count in full. Keep every invoice here; the claim is made through Revenue myAccount in a few minutes.
