Why keep it
You will want the same list when the HSE reviews the contribution, if savings fall and you ask for a review, and when the nursing home loan is settled. Each time, somebody has to remember who holds what. Keeping the names here means nobody has to make the list twice.
We keep the names of the organisations only: never balances, account numbers, statements or documents. The list has its own private link, so it is still here after the tracker closes, and you can change or remove it at any time.

If the family ever has to tell every one of these organisations about a death
